I have booked my flight tickets online. By when will I get my E-Ticket?

The E-Ticket is emailed to the email address given at the time of booking within 30 minutes of the time of booking and receipt of payment. If it is a paper ticket, It may take up to 3 days for the paper Ticket to be mailed to you in case of International Flights. If it is a E-ticket, for domestic/international purposes your electronic email is enough with the ticket number and confirmation to fly.

How can I cancel my flight tickets?

To cancel your tickets, simply follow the steps below:
Call customer support @ 1800-608-1102
Tell sales consultant, your Booking confirmation number and the Contact Number that you gave at the time of the booking.
You can choose to cancel your entire booking or cancel any specific passengers or sectors in your booking.
Please confirm the cancellation penalty and refund amount before you confirm to cancel the booking.
The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking.

How can I change the date of my flight booking?

Call @ 1800-608-1102 to change the date of your booking.

Date Change may be permissible on your booking with an additional payment which include change fee or may be difference in the fare and service charge.
Please note that date change may not be permitted on certain type of fares.

You would need to get in touch with our Customer Care helpline Number 1800-608-1102 to do any change of flights in your booking.

How much baggage can I carry on the flight?

Baggage Allowance on International and domestic Flights vary with the airline, sector/destination, frequent flyer membership and other factors. Please verify directly with the carrier or call us @ 1800-608-1102

What happens if I am not carrying a copy of my E-Ticket to the airport?

If you fail to carry a printout of your E-Ticket, you will need to go to the airline counter at the airport and request for an E-Ticket copy by providing the PNR number of your reservation. Your can find PNR number in your e-ticket page or tell us to resend the email to you

How do I get a refund for tickets that I have directly cancelled with airlines?

If you have cancelled the booking directly with the airline, you would need to inform university travel of the same. Please call our customer support to inform us of the cancellation.

On receiving your confirmation, university travel will validate the refund amount with the airline in case if the payment is made by check or cash. In case if the payment is made by credit card then the refund is automatically transfered to the credit card after deducting the cancellation fee.

How do I confirm my airline booking?

As soon as the booking process is done and you have successfully purchse the ticket from us, we will send you a confirmation email on your email ID that you have entered while making the booking.

We recommend you that confirm your reservation and check-in atleast 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flight and 72 hours prior to departure for international flight.
