Information you provide

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and sign-in credentials. Your profile may also contain a phone number. Quote requests include your starting point, destination, travel dates, traveler counts, contact preference, consent and any notes you choose to provide.

If you request visa assistance with your quote, we also collect the destination country, passport-issuing country, country of residence and purpose of travel for the main traveler. We collect messages you send to your advisor through your account.

Do not submit passport numbers, passport scans, payment-card details or other application documents through this website. Our team will discuss any further information needed for a visa application separately.

How we use your information

We use your information to administer your account, review your request, prepare travel quotes, discuss visa assistance and respond to your messages. We contact you by the call, text or email method you select during our listed business hours. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

We send account verification and recovery emails to your account address. A submitted quote and any visa-assistance details are saved to our database and emailed to our quote inbox and your verified address. Authorized staff use the staff dashboard to manage requests, assignments and follow-up notes.

Security, cookies and service providers

We record security and account activity, including timestamps and IP addresses, to protect accounts, limit abuse and investigate problems. The website uses essential cookies for signing in and protecting form submissions. It does not currently include advertising or audience-analytics integrations.

GrabWeb provides the website, database and email hosting used by this service. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare may process browser, device and network information for that check, as described in its privacy policy.

Stored records and deletion

Account details, requests, messages and operational records are stored in our website database. Customers can download their account data and delete their account from the customer dashboard. Account deletion removes the customer's personal contact details, messages and visa answers from associated website requests while retaining anonymized request records.

Deleting a website account does not automatically remove copies of messages already delivered by email or held in backups. Contact us about removal of those copies or other records. We do not state a fixed automatic deletion period for website records.

Your choices and contact

You can update your profile, download your information or request account deletion through your customer dashboard. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
